Our Studio
Backing onto the Newhall Valley nature reserve, the garden is abundant with trees, plants, sunlight and birdsong, and receives the rising sun in the morning and the cosy blanket of dusk int the evening, meaning you really feel at one with nature throughout the cycles of the days, seasons and weather.
A dynamic yoga class which combines breath work with slow and purposeful poses, built around a specific theme, which both strengthens and lengthens. Suitable for all bodies and abilities.
